The CNS-MGS-080N is a sensor used to measure magnetic stripes and magnetic nails to determine the direction. It uses magnetoresistance or the Hall effect to detect changes in the magnetic field and determines the direction of navigation by measuring the strength and direction of the magnetic field. Magnetic navigation sensors are widely used in aerospace, logistics, vehicle navigation, and other fields to help determine the position, speed, and direction of objects. In mobile devices, magnetic navigation sensors can also be used to provide compass functionality and map navigation. They are an important part of the fixed track navigation system of mobile robots (AGVs).
Product Introduction
MGS series high-precision magnetic navigation sensor has a detection accuracy of 1mm, which is especially suitable for high-precision magnetic stripe navigation. The relative position of the detected magnetic field is used to assist in the positioning and docking of AGV, so as to obtain higher navigation, positioning and parking accuracy.
MGS series magnetic navigation sensor holds fork selection command, sensitivity setting, magnetic field polarity selection, etc., and the bus can obtain the point data of each detection point and provide information output, which is the best choice in magnetic navigation AGV and RGV.

Fork selection is supported
The sensor will automatically shield the magnetic stripe in the non-selected direction through the host computer, so that the AGV can smoothly turn without jitter
Sensitivity detection
The detection sensitivity of the sensor can be set by configuring the software to adapt to the detection requirements at different installation heights
Magnetic field polarity setting
Depending on the navigation magnetic stripe, the sensor can be set to sense only the S pole or the N pole or both the N/S poles
AGV high-precision auxiliary positioning docking
By outputting 1mm high-precision detection data, it is more suitable for fine positioning and docking of AGVs
